1) What is better for a company?
a) a person who knows a lot but doesn’t have a good relationship with the rest of the team
b) a person who doesn’t know a lot but who is willing to work on a team

In my point of view if a person wants to be an outstanding professional it is really important to have both the necessary skills required for the job and also know how to willing to work on a team. Not being polite and not socializing with co-workers will create a very bad atmosphere. On the other hand if the professional does not have good skills and is not self-confident it can bring some serious problems to the company.
