There's no formula that works for everyone, so be as specific as you can when figuring out what the job you've always fantasized about really is.
In this article the author enfazies that your perfect dream-job could not be the dream job for others. So she says that your first task is to put on a paper and understand what you are looking for and decide which elements in your list are most critical for you; and them to go out and find that job. She also says to put your wishes in two separate categories. In the first category you will list the “hard” atributes - company, size, job function, local and in the second will be the “soft” elements.

I think that every person should think about him/herself, recognize his/her qualities and abilities before choose his/her profession. It’s extremely necessary to realize the difference between what a person would like to do, based on status or money, and what is his/her true vocation or abilities because it doesn’t exist a “perfect” dream job, but a job that complete the professional.
